The upstairs great room, with its wood floors and beams, has a welcoming feel. Relax on one of the comfortable sofas and enjoy a favorite movie on the large HD TV or make use of the chef’s kitchen with its granite countertops and new stainless appliances.

Directly off the great room is a large lanai offering the perfect spot to sink into a comfy chaise lounge as you enjoy the sounds of nature and waterfall views. A table for 4 allows for al fresco dining amidst native Hawaiian trees and plants.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The air-conditioned master has private access to the shared bath with a big tub/shower and glass block wall for privacy and natural light. The additional upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed and two large windows with lush Kauai views. Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom only.

On the ground floor there is one large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and garden views. The fourth bedroom can offer two twin or a King bed set up and enjoys a sliding door out to the lush backyard. It’s a great spot to enjoy the sweet Hawaiian air and ever-present breeze. The luxurious downstairs bath boasts a vessel sink and huge walk-in shower.
