Mauna Pua Princeville is located on the north shore of Kauai just minutes away from dozens of white sand beaches. This is an elegant home overlooking a lush green valley and the Pacific ocean.

Designed to accommodate families or large groups, this is a three-level home with the option to rent four to seven bedrooms.

The main house consists of grand master suite perched amongst the trees with king size bed, large lanai with ocean views, en-suite bath, sitting area and TV. On the lower level you will find a spacious living room, media center, large glass doors that open up to a lanai with sitting area and gas BBQ. The kitchen is well appointed with Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances including a 6 burner gas stove, brand new refrigerator, large island and seated counter area. The dining area seats up to eight along with counter bar stools for additional seating. Ocean views and a large covered lanai is easily accessible from each of these areas.

Just down that hall are 3 guest rooms with two queen beds and one bunk room (double + twin) that share a hall bath.

If you need more space, the lower level offers a two bedroom, one bath suite with Queen bed and bunk bed (double + twin), living area, TV (smart TV, no cable) and access to the outdoor gazebo with chaise lounge chairs for reading and relaxing. There is also a separate garden suite with it's own entrance, full size bath, kitchenette, TV, A/C, and full size bed.

Four bikes are included to enjoy to Princeville bike/jog path.

Nearby beaches include Hideaways Beach, Anini, Kalihiwai and Hanalei Bay. Walk or bike to the nearby St. Regis or Happy Talk Bar and Lounge for sunset pupu's and refreshing beverage.
