Rates start at $1295 per night off peak plus taxes and fees.

Cleaning Fees - $500 - $650 (Back To Back Reservations are at $650, all others $400)

Reservation Fee -$199

Refundable Security Deposit - $1600.00

We charge an additional $250 for any booking that results in a check-out & check-in on the same day, commonly called a "back-to-back". This charge covers the additional cleaning crew necessary to turn the house between the 10 AM check-out time and the 4 PM check-in time.
