A mid-stay cleaning is required for stays over 7 nights. Additional hours billed at $40 per hour and typically will take between 4 and 6 hours.

Pool heating is offered as an option for an additional fee. The daily rates are subject to the fluctuating cost of propane. Please inquire when reserving the home if you wish to have the pool heated.
