Aloha Lani is one of Princeville’s most well appointed homes in our collection of fine Kauai Vacation Rentals.

The owners of House Of Dreams Kauai purchased Aloha Lani in 2006. This was our first Kauai Vacation Rental and since that time, we have received over 150 Five Star Reviews on VRBO and Trip Advisor. 

We would describe this as an executive home for visitors who want upscale amenities, tasteful decor and multiple spaces to either gather or find privacy...and best of all, at a moderate price.

With a perfect location central to everything on the North Shore, this 5 bedroom, 3500 square foot residence is the perfect Kauai vacation rental for families and large groups alike. A spacious open layout with a wrap around lanai facing Hihimanu and Namahana Mountains, offers guests glorious views of waterfalls and tropical foliage. Just a short walk through a tunnel of trees takes you to Anini Beach or stroll the path to Princeville Center, where you will find fine dining, live music, Tiki Iniki Bar, shops and the north shore’s largest supermarket. No expense was sparred to ensure luxury and comfort are there for travelers to enjoy. A media room, ping pong, smart TV’s, chef’s kitchen and beach accessories are just part of what awaits you. Aloha Lani “The House Of Dreams” is a perfect choice for family trips, 3 or 4 couples or corporate retreats. Bedding is 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, and the last room has two twins and two full sized beds. Aloha Lani has indirect lighting throughout the house providing a dramatic night-time ambience.

DISCLAIMER (Please Read) - There are some cosmetic changes you will find upon arrival that differ from the photos above. The exterior of the home has been painted a soft yellow tone. Some of the artwork has been replaced. There is a new dining room table. Almost all of the furnishings and the overall style of the home is consistent to what you see above.

Off Peak Starts At $800 Per Night Up to 10 guests

$1100 Per Night Thanksgiving up to 10 guests

Spring Break 3/16 - 4/13 - $1000

$1500 Per night December 17th, 2020 till January 6th, 2020

Peak Summer Rate From Memorial Day Through Labor Day 2020

$1000 per night for up to 10 guests

Hawaii State TAT/GET Taxes are 14.96% on rent

Cleaning fees are $650.00 for up to 8 guests & $750.00 for up to 12 plus Hawaii State Taxes

$299 Reservation Processing Fee

$1000 Refundable Security Deposit

$99 fee to purchase $3000 Accidental Damage Insurance

A mid-stay cleaning is required for stays over 7 nights. Additional hours billed at $35 per hour and typically will take between 4 and 6 hours.
