This 5,000 sq. ft., well-appointed ocean-front home is everything you need for your dream Kauai vacation. Designed with artful detail in mind, the home is a perfect blending of the natural Kauai landscape with modern craftsmanship and amenities. Invite in the trade-winds and turquoise pacific views with our large picture widows and sliding doors. Cook a gourmet Hawaiian feast in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Take a stroll at sunset on the isolated sands of Tunnels Beach, enjoy a cocktail as you soak in the hot tub on our large ocean-front lanai. Sip your morning coffee at sunrise with your toes in the sand, and dream up the day ahead. Snorkeling, surfing, swimming, sand-castle building or just sunbathing with a good book ~ all without having to go more than 15 steps out the door.

Hale Kau Lana offers a perfect measure of privacy, in it's well-manicured grounds and pristine stretch of lesser-populated beach front property. Join family and friends at the beach, or lull yourself to sleep in the oversized hammock perched perfectly between two old-growth Kamani trees, and sheltered by lush tropical foliage. Whether you frequent nearby Hanalei and dine at gourmet restaurants, or never leave the house, you will feel right at home in our spectacular home by the sea.

 

RENTAL OPTIONS

When booking this 5,000 sq. ft. home, you have the option of either renting the 4 bedrooms which are located in the main part of the home or adding the 5th bedroom which is an additional 500 sq. ft. Whether you choose to rent the 4 bedroom or the 5 bedroom option, you will have the luxury of the entire property to yourself. This unique set up is perfect for either a large group and you use the additional 5th bedroom as part of the main home or it can be used as a more private area off of the main house. This works well for guests that are either bringing their babysitter or personal chef. The additional 500 sq. ft. which we call the "5th bedroom" is actually a 1 bedroom apartment equipped with a full size sub zero fridge as well as a little kitchen.
