Inarguably Kauai’s finest estate, this stunning Balinese-inspired Masterpiece is situated on 15+ secluded acres located directly above Secret Beach on Kauai’s North Shore. Hale Kai is an operating farm involved in the growth and sale of various palm and coconut trees, citrus trees and other exotic floral plantings. The property is gated and private, with an on-site farm manager. Hale Kai boasts spectacular views of the ocean, Secret Beach, Bali Hai and the historic Kilauea Lighthouse.
The house is comprised of four Balinese-inspired Pavilions. The Central Pavilion is accessed across a 3,500+ square foot pond and features an expansive gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room, office and bedroom with a king-sized bed and bathroom with shower. Each room in the Central Pavilion has ocean view covered lanais with spectacular views of the ocean and the Kilauea Lighthouse. On the ground floor of the Central Pavilion, the house features a media room with a flat screen HD TV, full bathroom with shower and a state-of-the-art exercise room complete with Cybex Eagle equipment, Pilates reformer and ping pong table. The lower level also features a full wet bar that services the swimming pool area as well as the lower level. The media room has a queen-sized sofa/bed for a possible maximum occupancy of 10 in this luxury Kauai Vacation Rental.
The private Master Bedroom Pavilion, which encompasses over 1,100 square feet (excluding the three exterior lanais), includes a bedroom/living area with a king-sized bed, a wet bar with Subzero refrigerator/freezer drawers and a hot water tap for tea as well as stunning ocean/Kilauea Lighthouse view and intimate garden/pond view lanais. The luxurious Master Pavilion bathroom features an indoor and outdoor shower with lanai, two sinks, a generous dressing room and storage area.
The Balinese-inspired Bedroom Pavilions - Woodstone and Blackstone- are uniquely decorated, with each featuring a king-sized bed, wet bar with refrigerator and bathroom with shower that has the ability to transform the bathing experience from an indoor shower to a tropical outdoor shower with the touch of a switch. Woodstone and Blackstone each have an outside shower and a private enclosed courtyard lanai together with a superb oceanside lanai that features outstanding views of the ocean and the Kilauea Lighthouse.
The 1,600+ square foot infinity pool and Jacuzzi look out to the Pacific Ocean.

Each of the Master Bedroom Pavilion, second bedroom suite, exercise room, media room, Woodstone and Blackstone feature TVs with satellite service. Other amenities include wireless internet throughout portions of the estate, stunning landscape design features, an organic garden and numerous artistic artifacts from across Southeast Asia.
Secret Beach is one of Kauai's true gems. With its extremely limited public access you can enjoy this one mile stretch of beach practically by yourself. A short walk along the lava rock coast, on the north side of the beach will take you past lava rock pools, suitable for swimming and eventually to a cascading waterfall, one of several at this Secret Beach Paradise. The walk from the house to the beach is along man made paths and easy for those of all ages.
Rates start at $14,000 P/N. Taxes, reservation fee and cleaning fees are additional.
Christmas & New Years rates are $20,000 per night plus taxes and fees.
Pool heating is offered as an option for an additional fee. The daily rates are subject to the fluctuating cost of propane. Please inquire when reserving the home if you wish to have the pool heated.
Reservation Processing & Management Fee is 2% of nightly rate + GET Tax
